Terms and Conditions apply when entering this competition. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Submission of an entry and / or acceptance of a prize is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the competition or accept a prize. The prize is a Pedal Car with customized Hot Wheels sticker signage as well as a trip to Auckland to attend a Hot Wheel event at The Warehouse. To enter the Hot Wheels Biggest Fan competition, individuals are required to send in a photo of themselves with their Hot Wheels collection. Anyone employed by (or an immediate family member of someone employed by) Mattel or Mattel’s associated companies or advertising agencies, is ineligible to enter or win. You can enter by emailing your photo along with your name, address and contact phone number to enterhere@hotwheelsbiggestfan.co.nz .Entries close on Wednesday 22nd September at 5pm. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity (e.g. driver’s license or passport). The main prize will be selected by a panel and drawn on Wednesday 22nd September 2010 from all valid entries received. Mattel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If main prizewinner is under the age of eighteen, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. The prize winner must be prepared to fly to Auckland with no more than 24 hours notice. Accommodation is chosen by Mattel and Phenomenon promotions, no correspondence will be entered into and no choice is given to the winner. Mattel and Phenomenon Promotions except no responsibility for getting the prize winner (and their guardian) to the airport from their home address. Mattel and Phenomenon promotions except no responsibility for shipping and handling of the pedal car after the winner is notified, it is up to the winner to organize delivery of pedal car immediately after the prize is drawn. Mattel and Phenomenon Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to this promotion or any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the prize winner (and anyone accompanying the main prize winner) may be required to sign a release in a form determined by Mattel in its absolute discretion. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Mattel may use his/her name, suburb/town and photograph for publicity purposes including but not restricted to packaging, public relations and marketing via the internet or otherwise. All prizes stated are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
